Based in Pakistan, I started my career in data analysis and operations, where I saw the same challenge repeated across businesses: processes were well understood, but the systems behind them were fragmented or manual. That led me into workflow automation and AI.
Over the past 2.5+ years, I have designed and deployed production systems using GoHighLevel, n8n, Make.com, APIs, and AI integrations. Today, I work with multiple clients, building CRM architectures, databases, AI knowledge bases, revenue operations, and multi-platform automation systems for businesses across different industries.

Federal contract opportunities related to chaplaincy, ministry, and pastoral services were buried within hundreds of new SAM.gov postings daily, making manual monitoring slow, repetitive, and prone to missed opportunities. A 93-node intelligence workflow continuously scans targeted NAICS codes and keywords, retrieves active contract opportunities, processes attached government documents, and converts unstructured contract data into actionable intelligence. GPT-4o extracts key details such as scope of work, contract period, compensation, work schedule, and location, while OCR handles scanned and image-based PDFs. Qualified opportunities are synchronized across internal databases, Notion, and Google Sheets, with stakeholders notified as soon as new matches are identified.
Fundraising teams often struggle to maintain consistent investor communications while keeping messaging aligned with company performance, innovation updates, and investment objectives.
This system transforms company knowledge into a plug-and-play investor engagement engine. Business documents, performance reports, innovation updates, pitch decks, and investor materials are synchronized from Google Drive into a vector database, enabling AI agents to generate compliant, brand-aligned email sequences, SMS campaigns, and 6 or 12-episode investor awareness funnels. Generated content is stored in Notion and Google Sheets before being published into GoHighLevel using mapped custom values, creating a scalable investor acquisition and nurturing system.
An automated social media system for multiple clients that generates AI content, publishes posts through the GoHighLevel API, collects weekly engagement metrics, and updates a live Google Sheets marketing dashboard.
A 61-node workflow generates unique topics using brand-specific context, creates platform-optimized copy and AI images, validates content through an automated QA loop, uploads assets to Google Drive, and schedules posts to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. A separate 15-node workflow retrieves weekly performance metrics from GoHighLevel, calculates week-over-week changes, and updates a centralized reporting dashboard.
